Important information about your Certificate:
- Additional Owners Corportation Certificates only required if the strata plan has multiple Owners Corporations, for example: OC1, OC2, OC3 etc…
- Car spaces & storage cages on the title do not require an additional certificate.
- All Owners Corporation Certificates are valid for 90 days from date of issue.
- Payment is required in full prior to submitting the application.
