Summary

Below is a guide to resetting your password with the Web Portal. 

Note:  You must sign up for the Stratafy App first before you can access the Online Owner’s Portal. Go to article: Stratafy Owners Portal - Signing Up (App Only)

Step 1: Go to https://portal.stratafyconnect.com/login

Step 2: Click on “Forgot Password”

Step 3: Enter your email and press submit. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. If you continue to have issues with signing in, contact your Strata Manager.
