Summary

Below is a guide to accessing your levies on the online Stratafy Owners Portal which will allow you to view your current levy balance. You will also be able to view past levies, download your owner statements and make payments.

Step 1: Log into your Stratafy account using: https://portal.stratafyconnect.com/login 

Step 2: From your Owner Dashboard Page, Navigate to the “Levy Statement & Payments” Tab on the left-hand side.

Step 4: To view your Statement of Account navigate to the bottom of the screen and click on “Statement of Account”. This will appear in your downloads. 

Step 5: To pay a levy, simply find the levy you wish to pay and click the “Pay Now” button.
