Summary
Below is a guide to submit a maintenance request via the Stratafy Owners Portal.
Step 1: Go to https://portal.stratafyconnect.com/login
Step 2: Click on “Log Maintenance Request” on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Click on “Log Maintenance Request” on the top of the screen.
Step 4: Fill out the request. Be as detailed as possible & include photos if necessary.
Note: For Privacy, if you choose “Common Area” all registered owners/tenants will see your request. If you want the request to be between you and the Strata Manager than choose “Private”.
Step 5: Your request will populate here and you can monitor actions on it by selecting “Notes”.
Step 6: Here you can monitor step-by-step the actions the Strata Manager is taking. You can also comment to the Strata Manager on the page.
