Summary

Below is a guide to the Financials & Levies section of the app which will allow you to view your current levy balance. You will also be able to view past levies, owner statements and make payments.

Step 1: Scroll to Financials & Levies screen within the Stratafy App Menu.

Step 2:  The Summary Tab will show you any levies which are outstanding and allows you to download a current levy statement. Click on the Statement of Account button to view a copy of your current levy statement.

Step 3:  The Pay Now Button will show your current due amount and the due date for payment. Click on the Pay Now Tab to link directly to the Macquarie DEFT site which will enable you to pay your levies.

• NOTE: Ensure that you have your DEFT reference number noted down before proceeding to this website.

Step 4: Levies allows owners to see all previous levies which have been paid since implementation of Stratafy for your property. Here you can view a current or previous levy and pay directly for these levies.
